1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mega Media Manager ("MMM") platform at megamediamanager.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the MMM platform, including businesses and their authorised representatives.
2. Description of Service
MMM is a social media management and commerce platform for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One account per business.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
MMM operates on a subscription basis. Fees are as stated on the pricing page, billed in Nigerian Naira (₦), and are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Trial periods apply on select plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MMM lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, use it for illegal activities, share your credentials, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the platform.
6. Third-Party Integrations
MMM connects with third-party platforms on your behalf. By connecting your accounts, you grant MMM permission to access and process data from those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your use of any connected platforms in compliance with their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the MMM platform — including design, code, and branding — are owned by MMM and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of your own content but grant MMM a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MMM in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MMM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel from within the platform. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access ceases and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
